CUSTOMER SERVICE and SALES SUPPORT

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused person to fill this desk-based role, You will be completing phone based sales and customer service.

 

This dynamic role is more than just customer service and sales support. It is a role suited to someone with a passion for sales and the drive to grow with the business. 

 

You will need to be confident handling objections and be able to turn negatives around. Customer care is important to retain business, so working promptly to follow up with customers is a necessity of the role.

The successful applicant would ideally know their way around computer systems and have proven experience in customer sales as well as communicating with freight companies.

Must have great communication skills and phone manner, be able to multi task and handle a varied role, supporting the sales team with administration and reporting, invoicing and entering sales data will allow them to focus on increasing sales.

Other qualities would be;  

  • The ability to be assertive where necessary
  • Self-motivated, accountable and results driven
  • Can manage workload and use initiative
  • Positive attitude
