CUSTOMER SERVICES -INTERNAL SALES

Key duties include.

  • To provide customer parts in person and via phone or email.
  • Assist with customer enquiries and website support.
  • Listing products on Trademe.
  • Scheduling deliveries.

Competence and Experience required.

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills[both written and verbal]
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills and ideally with an ERP System [SAP/Propella/M3 or similar.]
  • Must have the right to work in NZ
