Duties include.
- 1. Follow instructions from Production Manager
- 2. Operation of workshop tools & machinery in a safe manner
- 3. Undertake all normal operations and duties involved in the manufacture of conveyor products and general engineering traditionally carried out in previous years
- 4. Continue personal education with respect to our clients products & in line with their operational standards
- 5. To notify supervisors when existing stocks of material are exhausted or getting low.
- 6. To notify supervisors of any dangers within the workplace and warn colleagues of any dangers in equipment, or hazards.
- 7. Following BOM instructions.
- 8. General workshop and safety practices.
- 9. General housekeeping of workshop area.
- 10. Plant maintenance as required.
General:
- To reasonably communicate & interact with all other personnel as necessary in
- the course of working relations.
- The above duties & obligations may change from time to time to reflect the changing
- requirements of your position & our business.
- Education/Experience required:
- Have a trade qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years mechanical fitting experience after completion of trade
- Ability to read engineering drawings
